FBISE Issues Schedule For Registration Of HSSC Second Annual Exam 2021

The federal board of intermediate and secondary education has issued the schedule for the registration of HSSC second annual exams 2021 and the candidates are required to follow the schedule in order to submit the admission form and fee. As per the examination schedule, the HSSC second annual exam 2021 will be conducted from 10th November 2021 so the candidates have to do the preparation so that they can appear in the exam. It is compulsory for the candidates to meet all the requirements mentioned by the board authorities.


Schedule For Submission Of Admission Form

Ex/Registered Private/Registered regular candidates of HSSC can submit the admission form from 9th October 2021 to 20th October 2021. The Registered Private/Registered regular candidates up to March 2021 of HSSC can submit the admission from 9th October 2021 to Up to one week after the declaration of HSSC Part-I result. The regular candidates and private candidates have to deposit the admission fee of Rs. 1500/- and improvement of marks/grade candidates appeared in the HSSC second annual examination as fresh candidates have to deposit the admission fee of Rs.1700/-. The candidates are directed to follow the mentioned schedule otherwise the admission form will not be accepted by the FBISE. 

HSSC Special Exam Eligibility Criteria

Following is the eligibility criteria announced by the federal public service commission for HSSC special exam 2021. 

•All the registered candidates of HSSC part I and HSSC part II whose admission form was not submitted or canceled for HSSC annual examination 2021 because of any reason are eligible to take the HSSC second annual examination 2021 after the submission of the admission form.
•All the registered candidates of HSSC part I and part II who submitted their admission form but remained absent can appear in the HSSC second annual examination 2021.
•The candidates who intend to improve their grades after passing the HSSC part II examination can also take the exams by reappearing in the papers of their choice.
•The candidates of HSSC part I and part II who remained absent as affected by the COVID-19 can appear in that exam of the subject in the second HSSC annual examination 2021 after submission of the report of the coronavirus.
•The Passing candidates of HSSC annual exams 2021 will appear along with HSSC part II annual exams 2022 in order to improve their grades. 
•The practical examination will not be conducted by the federal board for the candidates appearing in the HSSC special examination 2021. 

Application Procedure

•In order to take the special exam, the candidates have to fill the online admission form available on the web portal of the federal board.
•The candidates have to attach the required documents along with the admission form such as CNIC, result cards, submitted challan form, and equivalence certificate in case of foreign qualification.
•There is no need to submit the hard copy of the admission form to the board authorities.
•The admission form should be submitted in the HBL branches according to the provided schedule. 
•Moreover, the candidates who intend to appear in the HSSC second annual exam 2021 have to follow all the rules and policies related to the syllabus, subjects announced by the federal board of intermediate and secondary education.
