University Of Health Sciences Offers Admission In Medical Teaching Course
The applications for admission in the medical teaching course are invited by the University of Health Sciences. UHS offers a wide range of degree programs in which the students get enrolled every year at the undergraduate and the postgraduate level. Recently the university has announced the admission date of the course in medical teaching. The main goal of the course is to provide the skills to the medical teachers through which they can excel in the medical teaching career. The basic knowledge and training will be provided to the candidates after the selection process.
Eligibility Criteria
The eligibility criteria defined by the University of Health Sciences to apply for the medical teaching course is the applicant must be working as an assistant professor, associate professor, demonstrator, or the senior registration in the teaching hospital or medical/dental College. The course duration is six months that is divided into two parts. After the completion of the initial phase, there will be a break for three months in which the candidates have to submit the online assignments to the mentors. To get the certificate of the course the attendance and the submission of assignments are compulsory for the candidates.
Course Fee
The medical teaching course fee is Rs40, 000 and it is informed to the candidates that the fee has to be deposited at the start of the course. Without the submission of the fee, the candidates would not be able to take the classes.
How To Apply?
The interested candidates have to apply through the UHS web portal and submit the online application form. Afterward, the candidates must send the application form with the attested copies of the CNIC, testimonials, academic certificates, and three passport size photographs to the admin and human resource director. The selected candidates will be called for an interview by the concerned authorities. The application deadline for the medical teaching course is 8th January 2021. So the candidates are required to apply before the due date.
