NUMS Invites Applications For NUMS-HEC Need Base Scholarship Program

National University of Medical Sciences invites the applications for the Phase-III HEC-NUMS need-based scholarship program from the students. The program is aimed to facilitate the students financially so that they can continue their studies without having any hurdle. NUMS grants scholarships based on the merit and assessment of the needs after the verification of the documents. 

• The students enrolled in the undergraduate programs offered by the Department of Public Health and Department of Biological Sciences are only eligible to apply. 

• The students newly admitted in fall 2020 can also apply for this scholarship program. 

• It is further informed to the students that the eligibility of the students will be assessed by the concerned committee that analyzes the financial needs of the students. ISAC ensures to provide the scholarship to the needy candidates by considering the financial background of the family of the student. 

The Institution Scholarship Award Committee (ISAC) of the National University of Medical Sciences will verify all the submitted applications. Afterward, the eligible candidates will be shortlisted and called for the interview. After the authorization of the Higher education commission, the candidates will be selected and then informed about their selection.  

The candidates have to submit the application form along with the supporting documents. It is mandatory for the candidates to fulfill all the mentioned requirements to avoid any inconvenience. The scholarship program will support the students financially by covering the tuition fee of the entire degree. A monthly stipend of Rs.6000/- will be paid to the students during the full degree program. 

The deadline for the submission of the application for the NUMS –HEC based program is 31st October 2020. The students are advised to apply before the deadline. For further details, remain in touch with campus.pk.
