PMC Announces To Extend The Last Date For Private Colleges Admissions

The Pakistan medical commission has announced to extend the closing date of the admissions of private colleges. PMC took his Twitter and made this announcement to inform the students. As per the officials, the candidates can now submit the online admission form for the private colleges till 22nd January 2021. Earlier it was announced that the last date for admission in 19th January 2021 but to facilitate the students the date has been extended. Now the students are advised to follow the revised admission schedule provided by the medical commission. It is notified to the candidates the merit list for the private colleges will be displayed on the 24th January 2021. 

This year Pakistan medical commission had conducted the medical and dental college admission test MDCAT 2020 on 29th November and 13th December 2020. The result of the entrance exam was announced on 16th December however as the errors were found in the announced result so the revised result was issued on 17th December. Afterward, the officials declared the admission schedule for the public and the private medical colleges and provided the admission guidelines to all the students so that they can apply accordingly. The students are informed that they can apply to the private medical and dental colleges through the national admission system. 

Moreover, the medical commission has instructed all the candidates to follow the announced admission schedule in order to avoid any inconvenience. The last date of admission for the public medical and dental colleges is 22nd January 2021. The officials had directed all the medical institutes to devise the admission schedule according to the instructions provided by the medical commission. By considering the directives issued by the PMC, all the provincial governments had declared that the deadline for the admissions is 22nd January 2021. Previously University of Health Sciences had also announced the MBBS and BDS admissions and the last date to apply is 22nd January 2021.
