1. Matric result card
2. inter result card
3. CNIC
4. domicile
5. recent color photograph

UHS MDCAT registration 2024:

An applicant can apply for the MDCAT test 2024 through online registration portal. UHS Registration fee is 1500 Pkr. You can submit this fee to any branch of MCB, ABL or HBL. After online enrollment gets a computer-created challan frame and submits it to any brach of the mentioned banks. Roll no slip will be sent by email at your enlisted email address.
